The much awaited debating season of the academic year 2006-2007 began with the formation of the debating teams of standard XI and the appointment of office bearers for the new Debating Society. The office bearers are-

Secretary                   -           Paarth Sharma

Secretary                   -           Shreshth Srivastava  

The preliminaries for class XII began on the 20th of April and ended on the 26th of April. Fixtures were put up on the notice board ten days in advance and topics for the various intra-section debates were put up on the notice board three days prior to the respective debate.

XII A was declared the best debating section of standard XII. The team comprised-

The preliminaries for Std. XI began on the 18th of July and ended on the 24th July. Despite being exposed to a completely new world and style of debating, the XIths fared admirably.  Unlike other years they were divided into mixed groups comprising of 4 speakers each.
