Improving vocabulary skills requires constant attention. Keeping this goal in mind, at Senior school, we hold vocabulary tests periodically i.e. two in the first term. Usage of words in sentences, synonyms and Homophones were introduced. This is to help the students to be fluent in spoken and written English. These tests were held on 17th of April and 18th of July, 2006. Thus, an endeavour is made to expand the students’ vocabulary in specific subject areas in ways that are fun and enriching.
