Inter School
Activities |

Children are encouraged
to participate and are sent for inter school sports such as football and
basketball. They also go for debates, recitation and drama. This teaches
them to deal maturely with both success and failure. |

Now, keeping in mind the current trend and as the new term 2005-2006
approaches, after testing the reaction of child, parent and teacher we
realize that we must move in the direction of “clubs”. |
| |
N.C.C, Scouts and Cubs are being formed, also drama, debating, poetry
and a host of other clubs are in the offing. Clubs serve to strengthen
the student’s avocation, gives focus and encourages a healthy bonding of
the like minded. They also reduce disciplinary problems. |

| The
middle years are tempestuous and can be problematic and frightening for
the growing boy who has to deal with a rapidly changing physical and
bodily scene. Clubs definitely help children to cope. |
